Library Resources!

There is a library six blocks away from my house, how convenient!! We make extensive use of the library resources and our librarian is a sweetheart, very willing to help, she even ordered aditional material to help the homeschooling families.

If the book I need to use for the school is not available at the branch nearest to me, I can request it to be brought to the branch I need it. It takes a few days so make sure you request with plenty of time. I don't know how it works with other cities or counties, but I've done that before in Florida too.

Each library V and I visited have a kid's section where you can find tons of fun books to read, little tables, couches, educational toys. Make sure you check the library closest to you, it can be more than just educational it can be lost of fun!

The library branch nearest to us also has magnets experiments, model of eye, bones, muscles and many other resources we can use for teaching. What cool things have you seen in your library?

Have a great day!
